This document explains how to recover winbox configuration using the H-Sphere windows based webhosting resource generator utility.

1. Back up all winbox user content and MS SQL databases. Click here for details.
2. Log into your control panel server as cpanel user running the following command:
   su -l cpanel
3. Run the recovery tool:
   java psoft.hsphere.tools.PhysicalCreator OPTIONS
   where OPTIONS:
   -h|--help - shows the list of available options
   -co|--create-only - performs creation resources routines only
   -do|--delete-only - performs delete resources routines only
   -rc|--recreate - performs both delete and creation resources routines
   -lid|--lserverId - process accounts on logical server with given number
   Note: If this utility isn't available in your build of H-Sphere, please contact support@psoft.net.
4. Copy user content back from the archive.
5. Download the setscrt.exe utility from http://psoft.net/shiv/WinBox/SetScrt.exe and run it to set correct owner and NTFS permissions on user home directories:
   setscrt [-owner] [-ntfs] > setscrt.log
   You may exclude -owner or -ntfs options to speed up the process.
   You can view the setscrt.log file.
